DEBUNKED ! Circulating footage was claiming to be "Someone walking in religious garb" on a ledge of Notre Dame during the fire, in an attempt to sway viewers to think it was a Muslim or some other religious apparel.

Actual Footage shows a person in Fluorescent Green, which consist with Fire and Rescue Personnel.

I included a few more minutes of video, so everyone can see others walking around, showing that there were more than just the single person walking around on that ledge.

While there were many walking around on the forefront of the building, it is safe to say, the Circulated footage taken by a cell phone of a video on a persons tv, has been debunked !

Regardless of what people think when viewing the circulated cell phone footage, the action this person took led to uncovering the truth ! I can say "Stop Spreading Rumors" or "Conspiracy Theories", but without those "Theories", we would never get to the truth. But please investigate the claims before posting stuff like this, it isn’t doing anyone any good !
